Purchase policies
Price
All prices are in Canadian dollars. The prices listed on the page and in your cart do not include delivery costs or taxes. Taxes are charged depending on your location. The final price (including taxes if applicable, delivery charges and exchange rate) will be displayed before you enter your credit card number and will also be displayed in your confirmation email. The delivery time varies between 5-10 working days once the boxes have been picked up by the carrier at our premises. However, the delivery time may vary depending on your location in Canada or in the United States. If the deadline is extended for any other reason, we will contact you to notify you.
Stock availability
Vicky Dubois design keeps the inventory up to date. If the availability of an item has changed, an email will be sent to you to inform you and give you the availability date of the item.
Returns
Exchanges are accepted within ten days of the date of receipt of the package. A notice must be sent to info@vickydubois.com to obtain return authorization. Items must be unworn, and the package must include the invoice or a copy of it. For all exchanges, the delivery costs will be assumed by the customer and must be prepaid. Credit may be applied, no refund.
Items purchased in our independent stores cannot be exchanged and / or refunded to the Vicky Dubois design brand. Please contact the store where you purchased your items directly for any exchange and / or refund requests.
Payment methods and costs
Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. Taxes vary depending on your location. In Quebec, GST and QST will be charged to you. If you are elsewhere in Canada, your provincial tax will be charged. No tax is charged for orders from the United States or internationally.
Customs fees for international shipments are at your expense.

Delivery
In Canada, delivery is free for orders of $ 150 before taxes and more. The delivery rate is fixed for the following areas:
- Quebec and Ontario: $ 15.
- Rest of Canada: $ 25.
- United States: $ 35
- For the rest of the world, the price is set at $ 55.
